ORI TRAINING 2022
6th of August to 11th of December, 2022: We started the third ORI Training Program under the Theme of Business Innovation by focusing on five skills such as Effective Communication and Networking Skills, Social Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Leadership and Change Management, and Digital Transformation. This Training was conducted at CamEd Business School for the sessions trained by trainers in Cambodia and was conducted virtually for the sessions trained by US trainers. In this training, we had 21 participants who completed the five-week training. They formed three teams and completed projects as followed:
Mangrove Project:

Planting Mangrove trees at Tropang Sangkae Village, Tropang Sangkae Commune, Tek Chhou District, Kampot Province.

Purpose: We want to help the environment by planning the Mangrove tree​​​ in Trapiang Sangke commune. Toek chhou district Kompot Province. We do it by recruiting volunteers that are passionate like us to come with us.
Rice N’ Shine: Rice 'N Shine is an online for-profit social enterprise and catering business, which offers various rice dishes, suitable for high school/university students, people with busy schedules to enjoy, as well as being a supplier for events, all delivered tasteful and warm using eco-friendly packaging. As our primary focus is on the people, the process is simple, making it easy even for the tech-illiterates to use and order. Our business motto, "A heart of gold shines within you.", describes that we are mindful about the unfortunates and the environment; therefore, a percentage of the business's revenue will always go to charity. Moreover, បាយប្រអប់ Rice 'N Shine is a business that benefits everyone, the founders, the staffs, the customers, and the people in need. It is a simple business with high demand, easy to use, help create jobs, and contribute a lot to charity.
